high pitch whine on acceleration ????

Can anyone tell me what the whine is that I am hearing when I start driving my 2005 600HO. It seems to go away about 25mph. Very annoying . How can I get ride of it. Oo. :--)

Sounds like pinion angle to me. Although not having actually heard it, I'm just guessing. I'd have the dealer check out the rear end.

trade it for a ford, after 600 miles you'll have more noises than the whine to worry about

Have a friend that had a noise like that. It ended up being the carrier bearing on the driveshaft.
