HI, guys my second post. Ill get some pics on my 1991 fully customzed oshkosh mt18fd tool truck. I just put a piston style hi pressure lift pump on my truck with the Justin spring change from florida. Any idea, how much pressure I should be at? I was at sixty with the other pump, with the spring change I am at 6ish 7. One thing, I drilled out the return banjo one and a half times it size hoping, which I read somewhere, would bring my fuel pressure back down. Seems it did not work. Am I okay,do I need to change the banjo/ovedrflow bolt on my ve? Thanx

That 26mm bore piston pump with the Fastenal spring change is barely better than the stock diaphragm pump.

Get this 14psi high volume 30mm piston pump available here - https://shop.dieseltuff.com/14psi-H...-VE-Cummins-14psi-Piston-Lift-Pump-for-VE.htm

I'm assuming you already installed the spacer, tube etc to mount your 26mm lift pump, is why I linked to just the pump that works best.

Install the correct pump with the correct spring pressure ASAP, that "67ish" psi will blow your injection pump's front seal right quick, begosh. Unless your fuel pressure gauge reads 2:1, there's no way your second gen piston pump put out 60psi.

What banjo are you talking about? Where is it located?
