Highes HP/Torque of the big three

Ok, obviously the Duramax has not been out as long as the Cummins and Powerstroke, but given that they have had a few years to develope boxes and such, what is the highest anyone knows of? I mean Cummins, PSD, and Duramax.



There are a lot of guys on here with 400-500 and a few higher, same with the other two brands, but give me your personal accounts of high power diesels.



I think Cummins wins it, for being able to put the most down to the ground!

I believe that the highest known dyno sheet to come from a diesel pickup, at the rear wheels, is JetPilot's. 886 RWHP.



Some claim higher, some claim he's not the top dog cause he used Nitrous, but nobody can post a slip higher, ESPECIALLY not a Dmax or PSD.



Are there even any PSD's or Dmax's over 750, let alone 800? There are at least three Cummins on here over 800 RWHP.

what about that guy with the 2000(?) f-250 with a 12 valve water injected Cummins? i think he said it has around 1000 horsepower. forget who it is though.

He was one of the ones I was talking about when I said "Some claim higher. " Many people claim there are a couple sled-pullers back east over the 1000 mark, but they don't put them on the dyno (at least not publicly) so nobody else gets to know what they are really running (or how they make their power).
