Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) hissing from motor

I have a hissing coming form the motor when I take off from a stop. As the motor gets warm it gets louder I check all the intercooler lines. I do not know where to look know. Any ideas would be help.

Check for a boost (air pressure) leak on all four intake boots, the output side of the turbo, the turbo wastegate actuator tubing, and the intake manifold gaskets. There are 3 of these, 2 on the intake horn/grid heaters and 1 for the actual manifold itself.



Then check the coolant level just for grins... .
