Hit a deer, plastic bumper cover damaged

Saw the deer about 200 yards away, put the brakes on, deer was trotting along the road, slowed down to about 20mph when I got up on her, then sure enough, she decided the best escape was to dive under my bumper! I don't think I hurt her too much, looked like I bruised her hindquarters pretty good, I last saw her bounding away thru heavy brush. Then I looked at my bumper and she must have hit the plastic front bumper cover pretty hard, since now the passenger side fastener is broken. I was worried, but then I saw the latest TDR mag, Charles J Topp had an entry about fixing a damaged front bumper plastic, I'll probably do the same to get the plastic back in place, thanks Mr Topp!
