HO clutch TSB part numbers?

anyone have their clutch fixed and have the part numbers handy?

Mine goes in on Monday and I want to be fully prepaired with everything when they are clueless

Do a search on here I put the TSB # on a few days ago. They already did mine it eliminated the rattling sound but the 1/2 noise is in my transmission. I take it back to them Friday to listen to it and decide what to do.
