I was just wondering a lot of key diesel performance shops said that i is impossible to get 220 rear hp out of a set of injectors its more like 100 hp. I am just asking questions not saying anything is right or wrong.

not sure on the size of the hole, but there are lots of people on here getting 600+HP at the rear with Don's injectors

example 01 4x4

stock HP 180 hp @ the wheel

fueling/timing + 120 hp @ the wheel

mach 6's 200hp @ the wheel

turbo(s) 80hp @ the wheel

these #'s are approx at the rear, but you can see his 200hp injectors

will give you a close # to the RWHP

hope this helps a little

Don doesn't tell people the hole size for a good reason. Why give the competition any answers? As Bob has stated there is a lot more to a good set of injectors besides hole size.

It takes air to support his claimed numbers but on a stock truck adding twins or a larger turbo wont add hp. With a stock turbo they wont make anywhere near the claimed numbers.

I know.

I've installed Don's sixers a month or so ago.

The hole size is: large enough for serious power, yet small enough to keep the smoke & EGT's down. :p
