I have seen pictures of these filters compared to a K&N. The Holley's have much deeper pleats. They look ALOT higher quality than K&N or AFE. They are supposed to flow better and filter better than the other cotton gauze type.
They are big on assuring their filters will seal like an OEM filter. Something K & N couldn't do without grease.
