3 year old reg cab 2wd with ~0 miles would have terrible resale, but would be a great truck for what it is and if someone planned to keep it awhile. I like how a reg. cab 2wd sits, good looking truck.

A bad thing about them sitting so long, is that seals and gaskets tend to get dried out. Been there, done that.
