Heres a thought: do we have any Architect/Engineers on here???

I am starting the process to build myself a house and I need a set of blueprints. I am a contractor and the Architects I deal with only want to do Commercial prints. I'm not looking for free just someone who has good ideas and open to new things, thanks for the time, Michael.

I am an architectural designer. I work for myself and would be glad to help you out. We're a ways apart, but I can still get you started. Do you have some sketches started or ideas to get started with? I can do anything an architect does, but at a fraction of the cost. (I don't have a stamp, nor need to be in most places) I'll do a TDR discount on top of that. (Can I say that?) PM me so we can hook up.
