I just got an ATI TV tuner card that has auxilliary inputs. To one of those inputs I've connected a security camera that is mounted in front of my house. Now I need motion-detection video surveillance software for it.
Does anyone have any advice/experience with any commercial application like this? I'd prefer to spend under $100 for the software.
So far the best one I've demo'd was Active Webcam .
