Kilby, Just bring it to market as fast as you can.

If anyone is interested in one from Geno's for $10. 00 plus actual shipping let me know. Mine has never been installed and it still has the protection tape on it and all hardware. Hardware is 2 screws. I think cost was $23. 00. It's for sale as soon as Kilby's comes to market.

Looks like with all the openings in the metal Brad's using there will be plenty of places to zip tie a bug screen. I picked up a couple feet of plastic screen mesh for about $5 at OSH. Measure, cut with scissors and zip it on. Shouldn't be too hard.

Dont forget to take it up to the cross member. I originally didnt and gots lots of bugs thru the top to the radiator (top of condenser to bottom of cross member. Doesnt look like much space but the bugs all used that area to live the extra second over the occasional condenser ones :( :( .

Just used the hood bumpers and tie wrapped to it. Tucked the screen under the latch and away we went. Bugs now die about the same time :D !

Kilby, I also think that your condenser screen is great. I will like to buy one as well when you start producing them. Any idea how much?? What kind of grill insert are those? Looks great.

LOL, I looked at mine and the condesor/cooler ain't even attatched to the core support ..... I can see evidence of a spacer and some sort of fastener by way of dust and dirt, but it's gone!!!

Better get that fixed man!

yogibear, the one you see has . 375" sq. holes but the ones I'll be building will be . 500". That allows for even more airflow.

Joe Diesel, I kept telling myself that I wouldn't forget who'd brand those inserts were but I done forgot anyhow. :) I'd remember the name if I saw it though.
