Honda & Subaru diesels in '08?!

Honda & Subaru appear to be ramping up efforts to bring diesels here by '08. Apparently Subaru is working with Toyota. Sorry, forgot to save the links but just google it and it'll come right up.

I sure hope Honda does! My girlfriend loves Honda cars and also has grown to love diesel engines after hanging around me enough! She understands that when we get married and buy a new vehicle "together", it will be a diesel. I look forward to the Honda diesel. It is time tested and proven, plus is powerful, fuel efficient and reliable. I am not a Honda car fan really, but the suit a woman well (reliable, safe, operator friendly, fairly comfortable and fuel efficient).

If they bring their diesel to USA, it would kick Toyota's hybrid hype crap in the ARSE!! Better power, better fuel economy, no complexity of engine/motor/battery combo... Go Honda! I am all for diesel automobile choices here finally!!
