The SRT-4 turbocharged Neon will hit 0-60 in 5. 8 seconds. I'm not aware of an import for under $20k that'll touch it. Even if it did, I wouldn't take it over the Neon. We had a '95 Neon Sport Coupe. That thing was a pocket rocket back then even. My mom has it now. It still runs like a champ and has been less trouble than her Honda Accord that she sold with a cracked head at 74k miles when we gave her the Neon.

The 6. 1 HEMI!!! I might just have to have me one of them puppies!
