Competition Summitville, IN this weekend???

Competition Winter Storage advice/procedures

I was wondering what I need to hook up an autometer 5" tachometer with playback using the factory pick-up. I currently have a Stewart Warner "GUS" gauge and I purchased a black box from EEP to get it to work with the factory pick-up. Not sure if that will work or not. Its a 1997 12v motor.

that has its own pick up on it. a buddy got one for his 24v p-pump conv, we tig 4 1/8"x1/8" key stock to the damper. the direction give you a couple of was to do it. works great.

If you think that is too low for me I have a feeling we are going to be ripping out my engine in the next year.

i hope it holds together with that new injection pump :-laf

Well i bought A fluidampr today along with the Autometer 6000RPM 5" tach

Now, the tach reqires you to make a bracket for the pickup on the harmonic balencer (No prob) BUT..... the "Fluidampr" has 2 grooves in it for the pickup well the autometer tach requires 4 grooves in each position 12,3,6,9 O'clock so now i have to drop it off at the machine shop and they have to groove it for me.

or anyone got a better idea???

Who makes that?

Actually Michael...

It is NOT the data logger, but,a small part of them.

silver03...

This is made by Remark Industries and is called the "Intellidash". Its designed to be a offroad vehicles best friend and CAN be used with the Corsa data Logger system as I explained. The Dash setup itself cost around $750 depending on where you get it from what I know. Here is a link to Remark Industries for you to look at it.

It can be purchased from Scheids,EEP,Columbus Diesel or Corsa direct, mine came from EEP. Its kinda salty but when you figure out how much you will spend to do all of what this does, there is not much difference. If you would ask Drew out at EEP about this deal in mine he would probably tell you he should have never showed me it,LOL. I do really like it alot, keeps all your high's in storage to read and has shift light, temp warnings and pressure warning lights and will monitor your charging system. Its a nice piece of equipment... ... Andy
