That is a giant urban legend, and if people would do their research, they could find out the truth before believing a bunch of BS.



Most of what is read and transmitted through those internet mass chain emails is false. Particularly the Starbucks refusing to ship coffee rumor.

Ok I read it and commend the EMPLOYEES of Starbutts for what they did. But it doesnt prove the company did anything.

The company allowed them to do it on company time.



Starbucks doesn't donate to anything. It's a corporate policy, but the company won't stand behind their employees doing stuff like that on company time.





It sucks, I agree, but Starbucks isn't "against the war" as so many like to say they are. They just have a policy that states they don't donate products to any organization. Howard Schultz is kind of a cheapskate... he advertises everywhere but won't give a dime to anybody. He's been raked over the coals here in Washington for it a lot since most of the other monstrous companies based in Seattle donate things all the time.
