Horn buttons on steering wheel

Looks like the air horn is the way to go. This hammering on the steering wheel isn't very effective. It can also be a bit embarrassing when people see you banging away for no apparent reason. Thomas, I agree with simpson that the switch bracket is really nice. It could be your retirement!

Actually I just retired—Wednesday of last week!



The bracket was machined using a tablesaw, drill press, and portable belt sander. A bit of work with files, abrasives, and paint finished the job. A major consideration was to keep the bulk of the bracket to a minimum.
