Horn problems

anybody ever had any problems with the horn blowing when you shut the truck door while thr truck is running,not sure if I have a wire problem or not,or from some of the accessories I put on or not. I need some ideas,sometimes its embarrassing

What good is it?

What good is this safety recall horn thing if no one really knows what it means. DC needs to fix it, not patch it.
