2004 Ram 2500 w/cummins 4x4. My horn quit working, not all at once, sometimes it worked then sometimes not. So I decided to fix it! Fuse is good, took apart steering wheel, horn switch is good. Took off horns, test with 12v, both work fine. So I decided it must be the relay. I looked all over, on youtube, on internet, cannot find the location of the Relay. One person said it was under the circuit board of all the fuses, but I've been there when I replaced the trailer relays, it is not there.
There is a relay, they sell it at Autozone.

So can anyone tell me where the horn relay is!

It's all in the TIPM, no external relay. My alarm would randomly go off, so I bypassed the TIPM and just wired in a simple relay between the horn and switch. When the alarm would go haywire, it was just flashing the lights.
