Michelin XPS Rib on our stock trailers. In my opinion, best money can buy. These eliminated all of our trailer tire issues, except for an occasional nail. Run these trailers on the highway, on county roads, on poor quality ranch roads, and off-road daily.

The XPS Ribs are favorites with the oil field "hot-shotters" for their gooseneck trailers for the same reasons. These trailers are often run at (or, ummmm perhaps a bit above) rated loads at high speeds on the highway and then dragged over lease roads, construction sites, unimproved rocky terrain, etc. The XPS Rib has proven its ability to give long, reliable service under these conditions. That's one reason I used them on our 5th wheels that had 6K axles and could use an E-rated 16" tire. Heck, I even used them on our 2002 ETH/DEE dually.
