Hi,

I am going to get a clutch as soon as money permits, then 100+ horse injectors, probably EDMs or DD, not sure yet, and either 4 or 5 inch exhaust.

But adding those injectors to my truck with my current 120 HP Blue Chip, plus new exhaust, what could I expect for flywheel and RWHP?

I have not dynoed yet, maybe I will at the PFI Dyno Day in Ft. Collins...

Thanks guys.

And its a 5-speed

I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong, but I would say around 400-425HP at the wheels. If you have the Blue Chip box and bigger injectors you may also need a bigger turbo too if you are still using the stock one.

DHatfield, when you are out here and settled we can talk trucks in person :) I wanna see that B-1 turbo of yours.

And you are right, a Piers 40 or B-1 or Dodgezilla or something would probably be the next step.

Thanks, Nick

I would say Hatfield is right on. You would have about 450-470 hp worth of fuel, but only enough air for just over 400... .

That leaves it open then. :D The Jammers we put in my ETH last week added 166rwhp with the box off.

Tell me more! Are they DDs? How much are they? :) I know they won't add as much to my ETC. I don't know if I want to go wild. I think 500 would be good for now :)

eggzacktly.

I dyno'd 415 with dd3's, ddufm, and support mods--but stock turbo.

I dyno'd 473 with dd3's, ddufm, and hybrid 35/40 (Dodgezilla).

That's 500 flywheel EASY.

My money is on the 450 - 475 with a basic 35/40 upgrade. We have no air in Colorado.

Without the turbo, 425 - 450 and lots of smoke.

Nick, I thought you were going to leave well enough alone. :D

Sticks, I can really relate to the last statement. "Thought you were going to well enough alone". Back when I first started adding performance mods to my truck I keeped saying that same thing I will need no more power as I have more then enough and that was back when I had just an EZ and DD1's. Over the last couple months I still say same thing I don't need any more power, yea right. I think I have a bombing disease.

Yeah, the new Jammer series injectors. We were doing some testing with what we had setup as a Jammer 3... but we'll have to turn that down a little. :)

Can't Sticks, I am addicted now. I say I do not want to go overboard, and I don't now. But when I reach 500 or 600 I will be begging for more :)

Nick

With my mods (see signature), I did 347 BHP & 762 lb-ft, and I was hampered by the 4. 10 gears (I only did around 320/650 in 5th - the 347/762 was in 6th). By the way, the DD2's took out my stock clutch!

Now, with bigger injectors, a wire-tap box, a turbo..... ;) :D

Oops - I keep forgetting. Mine is just a 5th wheel toter.

I don't need any more on my 4x2. I'm going to take care of some of those non-speed issues next. It's ridiculous fast now, and it corners like a hmmm lemme see--- a 3/4 ton pickup. Bigger brakes before more HP --maybe.

Nick,

Go 3's, otherwise you'll regret it!! :D You need more turbo if you upgrade, our FMS pumps some serious amount of fuel out. I am guessing with 3's, your FMS, Clutch, and 4 or 5" exhaust you'll be 465-475 on a Colorado dyno. Stack an EZ and gain another 25-30hp or so. Get the HTT Stage 3 Hybrid and you'll have the numbers in my sig- Water Methanol gains. Of course these are all Colorado dyno #'s which I am itching to really test out for accuracy.

I need a Dynojet 248!!!
