Horton Fan off the shelf availability?

Didn't the Horton's become a dealer only item a few years ago?

I think it is a Dodge Dealer item. When Dodge got the exclusive rights to sell them, the price went up 400 bucks too. #ad


What about a Medium & Heavy duty truck parts store? I wonder if you could get a Cummins B Series Horton fan. Horton makes them for all size Cummins engines. The B series is available in meduim duty trucks. Sort of trying to find a loophole, to avoid purchasing it from Dodge. ?
