Hose on front drive pumpkin?

I found the hose on the breather/vent on my front end hanging down. There is a metal clip and it looks like it should attach to somewhere on the front frame? Does anyone know where this should be hung from? thanks, Doc

i think it clips on the driver side shock tower

Agreed, it attaches to the shock tower.
