Hosick Motors.. In Vandalia, Il (lift pump)

I went in to tell them about my low fuel pressure on my lift pump. They wanted to know the year and VIN #. Then they said they would call me in 2 days... . THAT'S IT!!! Never even looked at the truck or anything. They said they would call me when it came in(2 days) and would schedule an appointment. They could of got one from a close dealership, but insted they wanted to order the latest part#. Got my eye-brows raised anyway.

Just wanted to post an update on the lift pump install. They changed the lift pump there at the shop at Hosick Motors without checking the pump. They took my gauge's word for it. Done in about an hour. Absolutely free. The 98's only have the 80,000 mile warranty though thru the federal HD Emissions warranty. The sales depatment was a little lack of what we would like to see. But the service department gets a big thumbs up. Anything that they have a question on goes directly to Scheid Diesel in Effingham Il. Just a little update.
