Yes it is, the codes were a result of me using a nonused fuse slot trying to get power to the Juice because Edge lost my little metal post to utilize fuse slot 50. In the meantime I also got a full complement of gauges, now on level 3 (80hp) I hit 38 easily, while the box was being upgraded (HOT version) and updated for 3. 73 and NV5600, I also replaced the electronic wastegate command control valve so I don't know full sure which solved the problem but the box is definitely better on all levels and I am very pleased, I have decided to go with the sps62 and maybe a pusher pump for christmas to finish my bombs and hopefull will be able to make 450-500rwhp. Hey, have you dynoed your setup, we look very similar and do you have any tips on the sps62 install, I am kinda concerned and hope I can pull it off without any glitches. Jay

I just got mine on so I haven't had it to the dyno yet but hope to soon. Actually I haven't even started it yet with the sps62 (waiting for oil hoses) but I did run it for about 3k with an sps66. Truck was very fast but couldn't pull a trailer at 55mph in 6th gear.

Having removed and installed turbos twice now I would say after removing the stock turbo you should also take the return oil line off and bolt it onto the sps. On mine I also needed to pull the rubber hose that attaches to the oil pan up just a bit so that there was enough to get it clamped onto the tube that connects to the sps. About a half inch was all it needed. If your using the stock exhaust manifold it may be possible to install the turbo on it without removing it from the head but I'm not sure as I used an ATS 2 piece exhaust manifold and it would be near impossible to mate the two with it already bolted to the head. Either way I think I would remove the manifold and bolt the turbo to it while it was sitting on a table. Then the only trick is when putting it back on it is nice to have an extra set of hands to help catch it from the bottom while you lower it in from the top. Then while they are there get them to start a couple of bolts. You can reuse the exhaust gaskets as they are metal as long as they aren't damaged from there previous use.

There is one bracket for the heater core line that uses one exhaust stud that is an absolute mother to get on and off. I managed to do it the first time but the second time I had to cut it off with a cut off wheel as I could not get it off any other way. I am debating whether or not I will weld it back together and reinstall it or leave it off altogether.

Really it is very easy to do. No special tools or anything. Taking the wheel and inner fender off give you all kinds of access and makes it pretty painless.
