I was reading somewhere that there was a trick you could do to see how many hours your truck has logged. Is this true? If so how do you do it? Thanks

Eric

Turn the ignition switch to the "On" position (don't start vehicle). Make sure that the "Odometer" is indicated and not the "Trip Meter". Hold the reset button in for at least 6 seconds and the engine hours will be indicated.

Well I tried it but it didn't work. I guess it only works on the 2005's. If anyone else knows how please chime in. Thanks

Is it on the overhead console?

No the hrs meter shares the display with the trip & odometer under the speedometer. About half the time I don't get the sequence right and am rewarded with a light & gauge check! :{
