Sorry, guys- I'm gonna have to pass again. My son Mike graduates Coast Guard recruit training Friday in Cape May, NJ. Guess where proud old Dad's gonna be? First thing that kid's done right in 26 years- I gotta be there! ;-)

Well, John showed up with the fastest truck so he got the free breakfast.
Pam and I shared a breakfast and still took food home. They sure serve large portions.

Ha Ha, the breakfast was great and free! Eating two days in a row at Kelley's is very filling. I don't think I'll need any SOLID food until Wednesday or so.

the meetings are still going. Mike is headed to Ennis to try to make his first 9sec pass this weekend.

Sorry, guys- gonna have to beg off again. Just had a new aortic valve & bypass installed (guess that makes me a 5-valve!) & haven't been cleared to drive yet. So far, 2009 just hasn't been my year- hopefully that'll change soon.

Just finished installing my rebuilt VP44 yesterday, so I'm good to go again. I'll try to make the next one.
