Hey guys, just thought I'd let you know that some Powerstrokes are inviting the Houston Dodge guys to a meeting where 2 "important" vendors are talking. Here is the origanal post from the Ford site...

Hello Everyone,



I have great news for the HAPS meeting that we are hosting on Saturday, February 9. We have a commitment from two of our major vendors to be on hand for the meeting.



Peter Treydte from Gale Banks Engineering will be there to do a "Show & Tell" on Banks Power products for our trucks.



Robert Ginsbach from the Racor Division of Parker Filtration will also have their products on display. Racor is the OE supplier to Ford for the fuel filter system on the Powerstroke.



We are really looking forward to seeing everyone and will be offering door prizes and special rates on our products and services to those who attend.

You have really done your homework with getting Banks and Racor present at our February HAPS meeting. I knew of one surprise guest, but you came of with two. This is huge for HAPS. We have 20+ trucks committed for our meeting so far. I will get busy and invite the Dallas and Austin PSD’s over. Anyone with a diesel will be interested in listening to these guys. A few week ago 3 HAPS trucks went to the Dodge Dyno Day in Dallas. I want to make sure these guys know they are invited also as well as the Houston Dodge guys. I have my work cut out for me.



Jim told me what the door prizes are. I know three of the prizes are worth about $75 each (maybe more) and another that is worth (I’m guessing, with the installation) well over $200. I’m going to make you show up for the meeting to see what they are. Plus everyone who show up will leave with a discount coupon for M&D Distributors.

Just thought I'd pass the word on. The meeting will take place on February 9th, 10 a. m. at the M&D shop at 6904 N. Shepherd. That is just south of Little York, but North of Tidwell.

Ok, here is some motivation......

Please let the Dodge folks know that we would be glad to have them. In fact, if conditions permit, we would like to show off our Cummins diagnostic equipment on a 24-valve if we get one attending.

TXRam is going to let them hook it up to his truck. Should be kinda intresting.
