Attention: TDR Forum Junkies I'm a newby, but it seems clear that the 07. 5 through 12 emissions systems don't like lots of stop and go. AKetay mentioned average speed over the life of his truck. At 10,645 miles my average speed is 43. 3 mph = 10,645 miles / 246 engine hours.
I thought it would be higher. Took a drive with my son this weekend - a little over an hour on the interstate, short drive to a seminar on model train building - average fuel economy for round trip was 18. 5 mpg.
Not sure what else may be possible, but truck seems to work flawlessly.
