If your batteries are fully charged, there is no reason to take them out regardless of how cold it gets. The best thing you can do for them is to install a trickle charger and leave it plugged in. That way the batteries have a full charge and they will not freeze and it will help to keep the plates from sulfating.

trickle charger, float charger they are both the same thing. At least thats what I though. The 1. 5 amp it puts out will keep the plates in your battery from sulfating. With such a low amperage it would take a long time to top off the charge on the batteries. They are great in really cold places like up here because it gives a piece of mind when you go to start the rig in the cold. Treat yellow tops the same. Keep the charge topped off.
