How common is it to blow up these plastic intercoolers?

I blew my plastic one also. I have the Edge Juice, but had it set to "0" at the time it blew. Dealer couldn't find me a new metal unit as they were on national backorder at the time, so he over nighted me in an 03 metal unit, and had me going in no time, all under warranty.
