I got the window guts out of the door and I can now see why the windows would not open. The thing is so messed up in there it would not work if the window motor was replaced with the output shaft of the Cummins!

My question is, on the end of the arms there is a little rubber/plastic wheel that rolls in the track to get the window up. Can these be replaced? Mine are bent and ceased and they will barely turn with a plyer on it. What is the best thing to do? Thanks,

Robert

Check with a dealer. Those parts should still be in stock. I had one break off on a 76 Vailant while on vacation. It happened on a Friday night, 30 degrees and I had to drive 120 miles with the left window in the bottom of the door. LOL

I don't know if the rollers are still available but I changed many back in the day. You might want to check out some glass companies, they may still have a good source.

Well if all else fails, remember that the Ramcharger and gassers have the same parts. NAPA has some parts like that but I have not ever bought those for a Dodge.

Again, I advocate having a couple of spare parts trucks for robbing parts.
