How Do I get the Crappy Neighbor to Move?

I have a Big Problem,
The Old Neighbor Across the street who lived there has Moved out and he is now renting his house out to a Family of HamHock eat'n Chuckle Heads.
These Chuckleheads are throwing their trash/Eggs at My and two other Neighbors Home's.

I have tried to catch them doing it by installing a couple of Small Camera's from www.x10.com , But I have not caught them yet.

How Can I Get Back at them?.

I thought About somehow Pressurizing the sewer system thus blowing the remains of the whole block's fecal Matter flow back threw their toilets, But there is no Guarantee that this will work without affecting others on the same block.

What Else can I do Just Short of Kicking in their front door and cleaning house?

Will the house past a health inspection? If they're throwing trash in their yard. Just call the local health dept and say the you're seeing really large rats because of it. This probably won't be the quickest way but it might help start things along.

Doug, some well placed dead fish around the outside of the house before you call the Health Dept will help. If you have access to inside the house fish in hard get to/find places like behind the water heater, crawl space or attic may drive them out without government intervention. I lived up a one lane mountain road once, there was a wide turnout we called drinker's corner where mobs of kids would hang out and throw cans etc. Half dozen fish in the brush around the area took care of the problem for a long time.

Fill some balloons with a mixture of highly sugared water and toss them at their doors and windows. Severe ant problems will result. illflem's idea of stink fish is real good.

A couple of problems here guys. You are vandalizing a house and that house does not even belong to the problem neighbor. I know how you feel though.

Get your neighbors together and buy the house. Evict the losers, sell the house and be happy.

Rats always look for garbage. And dead rats do smell, along with dead squirrels. I'll bet that both can be found in your area if my memory is correct. Have found both in houses ceiling and wall stud's, also around house areas. Better and more common than fish in your area. But fish do smell LOUDLY. Try contacting the owner.

Oh Man, sounds like my old troubles!

1. ) Organize with your neighbors, and take turns calling the owner.

2. ) Call the cops if they do so much as fart. DO THIS OFTEN

3. ) If they have pets, call the authorities.


Think before you act, remember they rent and can disappear and really phuck you over and you may never find them.

Most these low-life trash people are up to no good and all you have to do is find out what it is and sic the proper authoritys on them.

We had dope dealers here and I found a few needles in my yard, one day they were threatening my wife "someone" popped out of my house and cranked 2 12 gage #8s in the air... real dumb! But the cops did not come cause these trash people were too dirty to call... That guy with the shotgun was lucky! However that stopped the crap for a long time, now they're dead or in jail!

Being a X law enforcement officer (many years ago) just keep film in the camera and sooner or later they will mess up and there is no better proof than a video. Video has saved tax payers millions, as soon as the perp. sees' the video he usually confesses or a least the trial is short.

The problem is, if you get them busted, they (and their friends) know where you and your family live, and you will be #1 on their list. Be careful.

Theres quite a few things you can do to make them want to move out. Call the power/phone/or water company and tell them you are your nasty neighbor. You would like your power/phone/or water turned off because your moving!Put a want ad in the paper Garage sale(address of nasty neighbor)early birds welcome"Just walk on in"!Tell the cops you suspect a meth lab across the street. This is all the fun stuff,then you can get nasty.

Had the same problem with renter neighbors when I lived in Bakersfield. Fortunately, the owner of the house lived just around the corner. I, and all the neighbors called or went to his door on a daily basis complaining about his tenants. He knew all of us and finally got tired of the complaints. He raised the rent from $750 to $2,000 per month. That was all it took. Good luck.

First be careful!
On the day the trash truck empty's the big trash can out by the road. No not that. fish.
Turn off their water yourself then pour concrete (fast setting type)in their meter box. Don't let them know your true feelings.
Valve core removers. Dont cost much.
If all else fails get the white sheets and light a cross.

One word, CRICKETS. go to any good pet store and buy as many as they have in stock (They are normally used as lizard food), they are not very expensive, they breed like crazy, they stink in large quantities and when they die the smell is nauseating. They are immpossible to catch and will hide in the walls of the house and make noise all night, they will drive your neighbors INSANE. We let a coffe can of them loose in through the outside dryer vent of a house of a person i did not care for. I heard from his friend it took over a month and alot of money in bug spray to shut up all the chirping. Cockroaches would be good too but i dont know where to buy them. Try to get them in an open window, but if you cant find one, the dryer vent will do. Good luck

One day or night when they are all gone spray muratic acid in (not on) all their door locks. Eats the brass tumblers and keys won't fit. Just don't get caught!!!!Or its you'not me that wil get the soap on a rope.

Crazy glue ALL locks... Cars, everything! Sledgehammer the breaker box if you can. Oh, here is one that some paramedics use to get in cars... you pop an automatic center punch on their windshield, my co-worker showed me this on a salvaged truck... it is a real trip! no noise, with the exception of the punch, and the whole window goes BYE BYE!
