How Do I get the Crappy Neighbor to Move?

Shoot the glass on their electric meter with a bb gun (auto center punch also works) then insert a piece of wire in the hole to stop the meter. When the meter reader finds this their power will be shut off and they will face a hefty fine. In CA they might even get the death penalty.

Easier than that, put some large magnets on top of the meter. Even if it doesn't actually stop the meter, they could be charged with attempted utilities fraud.

If you put them just right, you can make the meter run backwards... and the reader will REALLY notice.

Also you might try covering the yard in laundry detergent, when it rains it will foam up like all hell lol. And if they have a pool chunk some charcoal brickets over the roof into the pool, turns it nice and black if you have enough of them heh heh. . not that i would know

Sorry I have'nt replied for a while, Been working 12hr shifts, And today I am Home with the Flu bug.
I Have some Ideas for these Morons across the street.
They Bought a New Mustang and Expedition and have to park them outside because they have their garage filled with junk.
Now its payback time, They threw Trash like Used grape jelly jars and ketchup bottles and my wife's Dodge Ram. Didnt catch that on video. So Now our garage is Cleaned out and Both of our vehicles are in the garage.
I was thinking of Brake Fluid, Paint Remover in those Kiddy water ballons, And Lob them over at their ferds at about 3am in the morning.
I like the Idea of the Electric meter!, What about calling the power company and posing as them, Wanting the Power shut off next week?. .

Doug, the Cuyama Valley is nice if you don't want neighbors, a little cooler also. Probably about the same distance to your work. Last time I was though there I saw lots of for sale signs. Grant Co. PUD just posted for an operator up here in WA also.

That sounds good bill, But the Drive into Bakersfield for my Wife would be a Killer.
We have been thinking of me taking a Transfer to the Delta Field Division near Byron. At Least that way, We Could live in the Hills, And Traci (my Wife) could have a nice drive to Modesto for her job... .

Thats one of the reasons we have'nt moved out of Ca yet, All of the Place's where I could get a good job,Are out in the Boonie's (suit's me) But there is no where for the Mrs to work at her specialty. Don't get me wrong, I hate living in town. I am Much happier to be in the Boonies #ad

The Landlord and I are both employed by the same employer, And he (the landlord) is being an *** about his tenant's after hours activities (throwing trash around). He told me that as long as they pay the rent on time, He doesnt care what they do. #ad


I told him that I will put a lein on his property if his Tenant's damage my property. #ad
