How do I get the Rugged Liner bedliner out?

It's an over the rail liner which is attached by snap in fasteners but I can't get them to snap out. What's the secret???

If you're not keeping the liner, just cut it out of there!

I was hoping to sell it; it's brand new. The only references that I've found on the web about it say that it has "easy relase tabs"!

If they're "easy release", I must be the most incompent releaser alive!

Try a flat tipped screw driver; or a dull chisel. Maybe you can get the snaps to separate tht way.

Tried that. I guess I'll have to chisel them off.

Demeral tool or a die grinder will do a better job.

They are plastic.

Probably a dumb question, but have you taken the tie-downs off the bed side walls?

There aren't any. It's beingheld on by six plastic [ush-type fasteners with rectangular tabs as heads. I've pulled and pried and twisted, but they won't budge.

Do they possibly have to be lifted from a particular side ?. . With the round metal ones there is a version that has a little nubbin on one side such that you have to lift from the side opposite it. Make sure you try them from different points on the circumference before you get to destroying things... . . Just a thought
