how do I upload from youtube

I have found a vid that I wish to post, but when it come to more than basic computer stuff I'm lost. How do I get a video from you tube into a post. I know I have use the manage attachment, but what do I need to do to the vid b-4 I upload it ??????

On the you tube page towards the upper right there should be an embed code just copy and paste the code directly into your post do not use the attachemnet manager or anything else just cut and paste
