Quick and simple... turbo, injectors, cam, exhaust, transmission/clutch, head work, pump work. That "Safe" is a relative term. The new turbos out now have put a lot more safe into them than the previous generation turbo. The mechanical world isn't as "simple" as the electronic. There are good threads on upgrading the 12v if you do a search.
500 is easy anymore... DDP4's and an sps62... with a ported head I did 535 at 18. 5* timing. w/ some tight EDM's and more timing and a silver 66, I think 575 wouldn't be out of reach
easier than you think. large single or twins, get the pump to a pump shop and have it tune (balanced, 4gsk,mack plug, dvs) and a set of 370s should get you there

delivery valves, you prob wont need them but it helped get afew more cc's out of mine while it was on the stand. since you are starting with a 215 pump your stockers should be fine. the afc, mack plug, and gov is the biggest part of the pump, plus if it is balanced. everything in the pump needs to be matched to make it perform like it should.
Mack plug isn't gonna help on a 215 pump, IIRC. 4KGSK, more timing, fuel plate, and a new turbo matched to the output of the pump will get you where you want to be.
:-laf LOL all it takes is some more fuel and air:-laf And be sure theres a decent built trans behind it to apply that power to the ground or all that power is moot.
Im probably going to go with Water methenol just to keep things cooler... This a good or bad idea? And how bout the 370 injectors? would i be better off going with other injectors?
I have some special edm 370's from Joe D, a relatively small turbo, a true 0 plate, gov springs tightned (just for the day of the dyno), intake and exhaust.
My #'s are in my sig. however, it wasnt safe power. It would hit 1500* in absolutley no time!!
