Sorry if this isn't in the right place? When I do a search under my name , it says i have 261 Topics to be displayed..... Does anyone know the procedure to Delete all or part on them????Thanks :) :) :)

Huh?

Those search results are posts you posted. Do you want to delete those??

If you really want to you'd have to go into each post and delete one at a time.

The search results may also bring up posts where others mention your name, in which case you cannot delete.

More info

Most of the posts i want to get rid of are of TDR Data that i'm no longer interested in. I wasn't aware of how you can delete those posts. Also I 'm sure there are other members that would like to do the same and wouldn't that free up some memory space for the servers or memory banks??/

drop me a PM and I'll delete it if the thread is dead

Otherwise; don't worry about space. The sys admins have that under control.

What was done in the past was to archive stuff. Also a lot of really old threads dating back to 1999 and 2000 were deleted, something I wasn't too happy about. The Archive process was poorly done and all handles were lost. I've tried digging through there several times looking for old threads to no avail.

What bites the most is all the good ol' CDW website threads (predecessor to TDR) have long since been lost/deleted

Bottom line. . . please don't delete any threads without the knowledge of TDR members as a whole. What may be meaningless to most may be of some value to someone else.
