I have the Banks Power Pak with Twin Ram and am using the plate that was included with the Twin Ram.

Does anyone know which TST plate this would compare with?

Best bet is to contact Banks with the info on your truck.

According to them my '95 auto has the equivalent of a #10

The Banks plates I have seen were around an 8 or 6; TST made them to give the fueling curves Banks preferred until Banks stopped getting them from TST. I seriously doubt any of them are like a #10. I designed that plate for TST to use in extreme applications with the 215 hp pump. It works with other pumps but will give very high fueling in the midrange.

Thanks for the replies.

Looking at my signature, is there a TST plate that would, in your opinion, give better performance than the Banks?

I can't really complain, I am able to pull most of the grades between here and eastern Wyoming (with the exception of a few mountain passes) towing my 7000# trailer while locked up in OD.

I have fiddled with the AFC star wheel until I get pretty good low end response with just a little smoke.

It seems to get enough fuel up to around 2300 rpm then quits. That probably could be improved with a set of 3K governor springs.

I can get the EGT up higher than I want it pretty quickly although it is better since I changed the timing.

I recently adjusted the timing to 15 degrees. The engine specs call for 12. 3 but it was originally set at 11. It is a lot noisier now and am wondering if maybe 14 degrees would be easier on the engine.
