Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) How do you remove the oil fill tube?

Is it just a twist off?



I'm getting ready to check the pump timing and that is one thing that isn't mentioned anywhere.

The tube unscrews from the larger round bottom part. The larger round bottom part will then unscrew from the timing case cover.

I removed my fill tube and my cap is screwed directly into the elbow on the timing cover. (they're the same threads )
