Well today I was on a open road so I thought I would see what this thing could do. So I put the pelal to the floor and off I went. Well at 3000 RPM my girl friend was yelling at me to slow down. The speed was 100 MPH . Well I have 35" tirers with 4. 10 gears. So I did my calcations that is 112 MPH. I can't weight to Boom.

I think you mean that you're ready to bomb. And by the way, don't expect your top speed to increase substantially. These trucks are not designed to run 200 MPH, they are designed to pull hell off of it's blocks if that's what's called for.

I left Saturday pm. real quick. My son called and said his bicycle was stolen. Wife kept hollerin slow down you're gonna kill someone. I said not now but when I get there I am. We did get there quick enough to find the bicycle though. The boys mother said her son would'nt steal,BUT he was the only one that knew where the bike was. She still don't believe me,when we got there he went to the back yard to hide.

Ya I ment bomb. I'm not trying to bomb to go fast . I pull heavy loads like 13800#. Thats what the excevater and trailer weights.

alright, depending on how much you want and your altitude you can do quite a bit, here around see level you can go dd3's, a EZ in comination with a 16cm2 hx40 to get a max egt of 1300. The higher you get the less fuel you can use before egts get to high. For this combo you'll need a mccleod or similar clutch to hold your 350hp and pull your 14k load as fast as you like.

Last weekend I blew the doors off my buddies new Duramax and my speedometer was buried and the truck was still climing before I let off of it. Also last weekend I went to down to the dragstrip and ran a 14. 7 in the quarter and end up blowing my turbo on the next run. Fun costs money I guess, oh well I love it. I knew that some time or another I would blow it running over 50lbs of boost. But don't you just love it??, making heads turn and people not knowing what to think when a 7000lb diesel truck will do that up against a bunch of hot running Mustangs and Trans Am's... lol.
