Happy Birthday BigSaint

I Am Gagging !

Couple of things ... .

1. What are you thankful for?

2. If you could change anything in life ... . What would it be?

Awful personal ... but what the heck!

Me .....

1. My wife and my life

2. A more peaceful world with as much FREEDOM as we deserve!

Always remember 09-11-01

Thankful.

Family, allways first, my health, my job, and to live in this great country we call AMERICA, just think we could have been born in Afganastan.

It would be nice if people could just get along, but that will never happen on this earth.

1. My salvation because of the death and resurection of Jesus Christ.

2. Since I can't change the past, and can't predict the future, I try to make the best decisions I can for the present based on my experiences from the past. I really try not to dwell on "what if I had... "

1. I'm thankful that I'm not a vegetable.

2. If I could change anything in my life, I would have eaten more carrots, so I wouldn't have to wear glasses.

Doc

1. That my family is healthy and happy.

2. Nothing. I live my life to the best of my ability and am inspired by its lessons.

"Be glad of life, because it gives you the chance to love and to work and to play and to look up at the stars. "

I've been married 45 years to the same woman. My kids are all doing well and I've got four grandkids. Another is on the way this spring! I live on a dead end road in beautiful country. What's to change???? I get a big case of the grins just thinking about it.

I'm most thankful for my dad. I have the best dad I could've ever hoped for. He's funny, caring, generous, and a good teacher of the many trades he knows.

What would I change? I would have married Erin Lynch when I had the chance.

Mike, best wishes for a complete recovery.

I feel for ya Mike. When you are in pain and not feeling good it definitely is not fun.

I was pretty sick last month for 8-9 days, worst I have been in at least 15 years. As I was laying there too miserable to even move, I was thinking about how much truth there is to the fact that if you don't have your health. . . if you are in pain or suffer a lot from any malady. . . you really don't have anything. I hope it isn't that bad for you but I know it could be better for ya.

To the original post. . .

#1, I'm with Klenger too, my belief in God and faith in salvation is something I would never trade anything for. It does provide a lot of assurance & peace of mind in this world we live in.

#2, If I could change something, I guess it would be for better health. I have had my share of heart problems (when I was in my later 20s) and I have asthma and a rare type of sleep apnea (central nervous system origin, not caused by tongue/adenoids). A lot of the time I do not feel very energetic, often very tired, etc. which makes it difficult to get motivated or to concentrate. I have my good and my bad days, that's for sure. But, I have a lot to be thankful for (good job and a NICE truck, so I shan't complain :)
