how hard is to install UConnect?

The dealer want's 499 to install it. I have seen the kits on eBay for less than 300, so I am wondering how hard this is.

Dunno... ... ... ... ... but I paid $428 installed. The speaker and the module part looks easy, since those are mounted behind the kick panel below the steering wheel. Looks like the mic required some depaneling since it is mounted on the driver's side of the upper center console. Not sure how it ties into the sound system, but I do know that is involved since the dealership forgot to reconnect my satellite radio... ... ... ..... that was an easy fix.
