Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) How hot does your 241 HD tranfer case get on your 02?

Can someone tell me on a late model 02, 241 HD, how hot does it get? Mine does not have the vacuum disconnect on the front drive axle. It is always engaged. So someone with the same set up please let me know.

Mine in my 99 hits 140 with ATF in it, never gets over 115 with Mobil 1 5W-30 in it... ... ... .
