I installed Billstein Shocks from Geno's at 70K miles - are they likely still good 90K miles later?

My 05 RWD Dually tows a 14k lbs Fifth Wheel for around 3-5K miles/year (usually closer to 3K)

Unloaded, maybe the truck is bouncing more on rough roads, or maybe the roads are rougher?

Do I likely need to replace the Shocks after 90K miles?

If you're noticing a difference in handling then maybe yes. That said I've gone well over 100k on Bilsteins with no issue on both cars and trucks, I've never worn out a set. If you think handling is suffering then swap them, that's a judgement call that's impossible for someone else to make on a forum.

Pull one and check its function, only good way to tell. Hard use on even the 5100's will make them less than adequate in certain conditions.

IMO, unless you have upgrade to a larger diameter piston shock like the Kings or Fox etc, these trucks tends to eat them up every 60 to 70k miles.

I've had Rancho on for many years. Do not hall heavy trailer but loaded the bed up and used to pull 10 ft utility trailer. Their still on but the I-4 ultimate project thru Orlando wore them quite a bit. Thank goodness it is getting better. ( truck is not tilting from one side to the other.) Yes could of used a toll road but that would of cost a lot money.
