Changed lift pump at 75k, not bad, it was just acting wierd. Using it as a spare. Coming up on 80k for origional VP.

90,000 with original everything and no modifications on anything. try to refuel while tank is at least half full. no gages and do wonder/worry when lp may fail.

First lift pump replaced at 48K miles and second lift pump at 98K (barely under warranty). Modified since 20K and still running original fuel injection pump. After the second lift pump died I installed a pusher pump to help.

I am just past 83K miles on my original VP. My first lift pump died at 45K miles, am still on the second LP. I soldered my Comp box into the pump wire at around 35K miles, but other than drag racing I don't abuse the box.

190,000+ on my Mom's 99. Replaced original lift pump at 186,000. Installed DD11's at 125,000 and then 2 weeks ago installed an EZ.

Me personally im pushing 86000 with the original and no problems(knock on sheet metal) LOL. But i have fed mine a steady diet of conditioner and cleaner and being very picky about my fill up stations, of course the occasional tank of the good stuff also.

Was just curious...

40000 on my 2001 2500 with no problems. I also use conditioners religiously. Now am waiting to see if lift pump fails

93,000 With Edge Comp and pusher pump since 80,000.

I run Power Service fuel additive every tank since 23,000 when I bought the truck! Regular fuel filter changes also.

79000 mi. still running fine. Replaced LP @ 78000 after it went down to two psi on pressure gauge. New starter contacs at 78000 also.

17. 1 mph with 11ft. truck camper and pulling a 18ft. boat on a trip to KY for some crappie. Not flat land. NO Mods.

57,000 Same VP , Changed LP at 27,000. I had 1689 code last year

stalled 2 time and a couple of hiccups. I cleaned all connections,no

problem since then.

79000 on vp, no mods. Replaced lp@78000 after gauge showed a major drop in fp. Starter contacs at same time.

17. 1mpg on trip to KY for some crappie fishing. 11ft truck camper pulling a 18ft boat.

As far as I know the 44 on my wife's truck is still the original. It has 110k on it. .

Pump wire is not tap'd and I do have a FASS system pushing fuel to it also. .

Rick

A mere 38K on both pumps-- they are original as I bought new.

I'm mildly bombed-- no pump wire tap-- for now.
