How Many Fuse Boxes on an 06?

I haved 06 Mega Cab and the right turn signal is not working in my flat bed trailer. I had the trailer checked and the right turn signal works fine. There is no power coming from the trailer plug for the right signal only, all other lights and left turn signal work fine. Fuses under the hood are all good.

the o6 lights are computer controled i had the same problem. took it the dealer to re program the computer. there was no charge

Yeah I just did a forum search and I need to have a flash done for the TIPM for higher current. Thanks
