I found a couple of pumps similar to the one used in the RASP kit, but they deliver like 300 gph at 20psi. How much is too much? And how much psi can you run to the stock CP3? I'm just thinking about building my own belt drive system since I have a milling machine and can get everything else fairly cheap. I've tried a LOT of electric pumps. Some work good, some are crap as you all know. But I just like the idea of the belt drive. But don't wanna overdo the CP3 or blow any seals. Not very familiar with these pumps. But I do know one of the Modded CP3's are in my future and I definately want a pump that can support the mdded CP3 when I get it. Thanks in advance for the help.

all i can attest for is the fass 150 @ 40 psi----this is what all modded CP3 testing has been done with, and we have never had a fuel volume problem---and never even got close to running out of fuel volume or pressure. thats what i would stick with :D

You could always put in a pressure regulator and by-pass back to the tank or just loop the system to feed itself or both.

With that system, I dont think you could have a max... Anything not needed will just end up back in the fuel tank...
