Does anyone have an idea, preferably dyno numbers, on how many HP I have equipped as in my signature? Maybe how much torque?

Where the # 10 plate is sitting can make a big difference. It can be slid forward or backward in the housing and that can effect the power a lot. The stock turbo will limit the amount of air coming in and depending on whether or not the AFC was adjusted can make a big difference as to the amount of smoke ( read unburnt fuel ) coming out the tail pipe. If the Governor springs in the fuel pump were changed will effect your upper RPM. Sorry I am not going to give you a guess as there are too many variable. David

I have the 3K Governor springs. I fully realize there are many variables. What I am looking for is the maximum HP I could have and how much torque?

I had a similar setup to that but with a PDR HX40 on a 215hp (5spd) pump and dynoed 430hp. You're turbo is the bottle neck and the smaller P7100 won't be delivering as much fuel. If the rest is working the way it should be then maybe you're making 350-400 but likely closer to 350. Go Dyno it.

You're EGT's must hit the roof instantly with those injectors and a #10 on a stock turbo, not to mention drive pressure.

I had a PDR HX40 for about 6 months. I had to really baby it to avoid barking. It finally broke the shaft. I really can't say it helped the EGTs, but it could be because I was so focused on the barking issue.

I have considered changing the 370 Marine injectors. I can handle the smoke, but would appreciate the lower EGTs if different injectors would do that.

I definitely have to pay attention to EGTs, especially when pulling a long hill. I have lots of power that is not usable due to the EGTs. I have had this setup for over 150,000 miles, and several years. At one time, my truck was my primary hobby, and it got lots of attention. I have pretty much neglected it for over five years. I am slowly getting back into it.

Thanks for the input.

Interesting, must be more of an issue with autos, I think I recall something about that from back when these were a more common turbo. My PDR40 helped EGTs a fair bit (I think)...when I first installed it 12-13 years ago. Back then, it was the way to go.
