You fellows ever stay home?

My 95 Scotty Class C Motor Home on a one ton Dodge Chassie with a Cummins Diesel has a whopping 46,000 miles and they are easy miles. The transmission was rebuilt at 43,000 and I just love it. It sits in my garage all clean up ready for the next trip which Is Sept 13 to South D. that trip will be about 5,000 miles.

Leons, Thanks for the reply on clutch life. THis one feels fine, even towing 10K +. We bought the truck from the original owner, it was very well cared for, towed very little, and had stock size tires, garage kept, all maintenance records etc. In 6 months we have only had to fix fuel control rod, rear pinion seal, put on 4" MPRB exhaust, and go through and baseline all filters / fluids to be sure.



Gets 17. 4 commuting, 21+ MPG Hiway, with 285/75R16 Mud Terrains. [That is with me, the Dad driving] mileage drops about 3 mpg when my 17 year old drives, wonder why?? ;-)
